I held an online guided Meditation for Body Awareness in September and it was so well received, some of you asked me to do it again.

So, let’s make it a monthly event.

We’ll explore breathing techniques, mindfulness, relaxation techniques and more.

It’s more important than ever that we look after our own physical, emotional and vibrational energy. So, allow me to be your guide and hold space for you to connect with your body, with your soul, with whatever higher power you resonate with.

By taking care of ourselves and keeping our own vibrations high, we can create a ripple effect in our homes, our workplaces, our communities, and in this way we can raise the vibrations on our planet!

Each meditation will be held on the last Sunday of the month:
